I should start by saying that I am in a lifelong wrestling match with boundaries and balance. If you ready my last article, you know I anchor myself with the question “What impact do I want to make on this?” and my gut instinct is always “I WANNA SAVE THE WORLD!!!”
Luckily, my family and friends know this about me. Most of them find it one of my more endearing characteristics, while also having witnessed this slippery slope sending my mental health and stress levels off of a cliff more times than I’d like to admit.
